Greetings, Jayhawks!

Here on the Hill there's plenty to be proud of. This month, we bring you a professor and an alumnus who are analyzing and creating the latest in computer technology. And, as you'll read in Chancellor Hemenway's annual report, KU research continues to make national headlines, as our scholars examine shrinking glaciers, strive to find cures for cancer, and explore many of our world's pivotal questions.

Of course, we're also proud of men's basketball and the Jayhawks' Big 12 championship. Now it's on to the NCAA Tournament, as KU fights for a spot in the Final Four in Atlanta. Visit our Ultimate Guide to KU Basketball, where you can enter our In the Paint Spirit Contest, find a location near you to watch the games and see where the traveling faithful will be gathering in Chicago.

We hope you'll celebrate and take pride in KU's accomplishments as much we do. The Alumni Association supports programs to strengthen KU:

  • honor and recruit talented students
  • connect current students with alumni mentors
  • help new grads get settled in careers and homes in new cities
  • make the case for higher education funding
  • Show your pride in KU and help ensure that future generations will share the KU experience. Join the Alumni Association now if you're not already a member.

    Warmest wishes from the Hill,
    KU Alumni Association
