Campus Color

The KU community has reveled in a glorious Mount Oread spring this year. Jayhawk Boulevard, Lilac Lane and the many lesser-known walks along the Hill were awash in the brilliant colors of redbud, lilac and crabapple trees, along with thousands of blooming tulips and irises, carefully tended by the landscaping staff of the department of facilities operations. Visitors saw abundant evidence of KU’s reputation as one of the nation’s most beautiful college campuses.
