The legacy of the legendary Wilt Chamberlain
will continue at KU through a $650,000 gift from
his estate. The gift from Chamberlain, '59, who
died in 1999, establishes four endowed funds for
scholarships, KU men's and women's athletics,
and a Special Olympics clinic.
