Send to a friend

We bring holiday greetings from the KU family, along with great news to bolster your Jayhawk spirits and provide plenty of bragging points for conversation with friends and family during the season.

From Athletics: Three KU teams advanced to postseason play. Congratulations to the women's volleyball and soccer players, and the football team, on its way to Orlando for KU's first bowl appearance since 1995. Read about travel, watch parties and pep rallies at the 2003 Tangerine Bowl, and register in our contest to win a bowl souvenir pack.

From the Alumni Association: "Come Together" and celebrate KU at the Rock Chalk Ball Feb. 6 at the Overland Park Convention Center & Sheraton Hotel. Support academic excellence and enjoy an evening of camaraderie.

From the KU Endowment Association: KU First, the largest fund-raising campaign in KU history, also has reason to celebrate: It has surpassed its goal of $500 million, and leaders will continue the drive to raise money for scholarships, fellowships, professorships and building projects.

Finally, to finish your last-minute shopping, check out new gift ideas from the Alumni Association; unique holiday items from the KU Bookstores, and official Tangerine Bowl gear from kustore.com.
