We managed to catch a glimpse of this creature in the making. Affectionately known as "Peace, Love, and Daisy Hill Forever," this Jayhawk on Parade will be adorned with a pair of shades when completed.

"Peace, Love and Daisy Hill Forever," by Susan Younger and Valerie Spicher, is sponsored by Douglas County Bank, and will roost at Ninth and Kentucky streets.
