Kansas State Fair

Christina Brummett from Wichita sports a Jayhawk face sticker applied by KU Executive Vice Chancellor Janet Murguia at the KU booth at the Kansas State Fair in Hutchinson. On opening weekend, kids of all ages stopped by the KU booth. A KU pep rally Sept. 8 featured Athletics Director Al Bohl, the KU pep band, and a drawing for basketballs and footballs autographed by coaches Roy Williams and Mark Mangino. Stop by the KU booth in the Meadowlark Building at the fair, which continues in Hutch through Sept. 15.
